ICRI has been providing expert technical assistance and consultation to businesses, universities, low and moderate-income communities, local, regional, national, and international government agencies, and new or existing child and family programs who wish to develop and carry out comprehensive strategies for assuring high quality, cost-effective, cutting-edge projects for young children and families.
ICRI's broad experience includes childcare needs assessment studies, program development, administration and oversight, fiscal assessment and budgeting, evaluation and modification studies, planning support, facility design, development, and program operations. ICRI's highly experienced staff have done groundbreaking work such as establishing model early childhood centers, developing resource and referral programs, and implementing a wide variety of work and family policies. Our expertise extends to overseeing and operating early childhood programs internationally.
Since 1981, ICRI has established and operated many programs in several countries including Nepal. In 2001, upon a joint request of various National NGOs began the process of establishing ICRI-Nepal with their support. Today, ICRI Nepal works with various stakeholders, including local and national government agencies, government schools, other non-profits working with children to provide high quality early childhood education, teacher training, child protection, offers school health programs, promotes arts and STEM programs in primary and secondary schools, and provides scholarships to underprivileged students with high performance.
